1. Age Restriction
All events are strictly 21 years of age and older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No exceptions.
2. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Attendance at any event is at your own risk. The Company, its owners, staff, contractors, and venue partners are not responsible or liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to person or property occurring before, during, or after any event. By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you voluntarily release and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims arising out of your attendance or participation.
3.Health & Safety Advisory
Events may include flashing lights, loud music, strobe effects, and other sensory stimuli that could affect individuals with photosensitivity or other health conditions. Attend only if you are medically able to do so.
4. Alcohol Service
Alcoholic beverages may be served only to those who are 21+. The Company is not responsible for the actions of attendees before, during, or after alcohol consumption.
5.Media Consent
Events may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. By attending, you grant the Company the irrevocable right to use your likeness in promotional materials, without compensation.
6.No Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are provided only if an event is canceled by the Company.
7.Compliance with Law & Venue Rules
All attendees agree to comply with applicable laws, venue rules, and staff instructions. Anyone violating these rules may be denied entry or removed without refund.
